The bed was quite comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the staff was also friendly and helpful, providing me with tips and recommendations for exploring the city. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with many attractions and shops within walking distance.

The room I stayed in was quite small and cramped. I could barely move around without bumping into the furniture.

The customer service was outstanding, especially from Sally who made sure everything was perfect at breakfast. The hotel arranged transportation and booked our Vatican Museum tour, making our stay hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Rome.

The rooms were on the smaller side, which is common in this city. It would have been better to have more communal areas in the family suite for better comfort.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Central Rome and I have to say, it was an excellent experience. The rooms were immaculately clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to leave in the morning. The breakfast spread was absolutely huge, with fresh squeezed orange juice, salmon, Italian mozzarella, and delicious coffee, among many other options. The location of this hotel was unbeatable, just a short walk from must-see sights like the Colosseum and the Pantheon. The staff, especially Antonio and his team, were wonderful and made our stay truly memorable. I can't wait to come back!
